You know that one dope concept song on an album full of gangster rap from the 1990s? This is like a whole album made out those kinds of tracks. Boom bap hiphop without misogyny and glorification of violence. Art rap with neither pretentiously over-produced ambient inspired beats nor shitty sounding cassette demo beats. Just raw, nice sounding music. There is also a heavy jazzy feel over the album making me think of Pete Rock, Sound Providers and Five Deez. All in all just what the doctor ordered
